HOW YOU CAN HELP US

We are reducing our face to face appointments and reducing footfall into the practice. This is to keep our staff safe and reduce risk to those patients who still need to be seen at the practice.

How you can help us:

1. Nominate a pharmacy for medication collection - please let us know which pharmacy you would like your prescription to be sent to
2. Please let us know your email address and current mobile number, this will enable us to send Sick Notes, consult with you Online and Email correspondence
3. Unless you are a Carer and or are bringing a child please can we ask you to attend alone if possible
4. All enquiries need to be called through to the practice on (01205) 365881.
5. Please be aware calls may take longer to answer.
6. Over the coming weeks we will keep you updated of any changes as and when they occur.
