This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.
Parkside Medical Centre was originally built in 1991. In 2014 we had a very large extension built and a complete refurbishment of the old building. We now have one of the best facilities in Lincolnshire.
We are a practice of four GP partners, 1 salaried GP and 2 Advance Nurse Practitioners offering a full range of family medical services for NHS patients. We are first and foremost a family practice, although some of the clinical staff do have other qualifications and commitments which keep us in touch with a wide range of specialities and NHS strategic developments.
Our special interests include minor surgery, addaction, private medicals, family planning and child health development.
We emphasise the importance of preventative medicine and encourage immunisation against infectious diseases for both adults and children.
Our aim is to provide the highest quality health care to patients in the local area and our doctors, nurses and administrative staff are dedicated to offering a professional service.
A patient car park is provided at the front of the Medical Centre with access from Tawney Street. It is for the use of patients and limited to the time you are visiting the Medical Centre. Please be courteous to our other patients and do not leave your car in the Medical Centre car park when shopping in town. If our car park is full, please do not park in the ambulance parking bay or disabled parking spaces or obstruct the entrance/exits.
Other pay and display parking is available in the vicinity of the Medical Centre.

Parkside Medical Centre trains fully qualified doctors to become general practitioners under the supervision of Dr Johnston and Dr Lawal. These doctors are valuable members of the practice team, bringing fresh ideas and new skills from their previous jobs. Please extend a warm welcome to them - they are Lincolnshire's future GPs.
Some consultations may be recorded for training purposes, but patient consent is always obtained before this takes place.
Medical students, student nurses, student midwives, student district nurses and trainee health visitors are occasionally attached to the practice. Patients will be asked at the beginning of their consultation if they are happy for a student to sit in on the consultation.
