Patient Participation Group

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) was formed by the Practice alongside the introduction of the Quality Outcomes Framework for general practice

Aims and Objectives of the PPG

• Strengthen the power of the patient voice to ensure that decisions made by the practice are patient centred
• Support and strengthen the relationship between the Practice and their patients.
• To support the practice and act as a critical friend
• To support patients to better understand the challenges faced in general practice and wider NHS

Any patient may nominate themselves throughout the year. All you need to do is visit the practice and let a member of the reception team know you are interested in joining and they will provide pass your details on to the Practice Manager.

Removal of the patient from the practice list for whatever reason will disqualify continuing membership of the group.

Our PPG currently meets Face to Face every second month on a Tuesday evening from 6pm.
