We want you to know what you can expect from us, and what we kindly ask of you. This helps us work together to give you the best care possible.
What You Can Expect from Us

Easy ways to contact us – You can reach us by phone, in person, online through our website, or via the NHS App during our opening hours (8am–6:30pm, Monday–Friday).

A clear response – If you ask for an appointment or medical advice, we’ll let you know what will happen next

Support when you need it – If you need adjustments (for example, wheelchair access, longer appointments, a quiet space, or information in another format), just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Fair registration – Everyone is welcome to register with us. We will never refuse you because of immigration status, housing situation, or other personal circumstances. If we can’t register you, we’ll explain why in writing within 14 days.

A listening ear – We value your feedback. If you have concerns or ideas, you can speak to our Practice Manager, a member of our team, or share them through Healthwatch or your local NHS Integrated Care Board.
What We Ask of You

Keep appointments wherever possible – Please arrive on time and let us know if you can’t make it, so we can offer your slot to someone else.

Use online services if you can – The NHS App and our website make it easy to order prescriptions, book appointments, and check test results. This saves time for you and helps us focus on patients who need extra support.

Get involved – Join our Patient Participation Group (PPG) to share your ideas and help us improve services for the whole community.
